Gum-Gum Cuatro Jet Cross Shock Bazooka

The Gum-Gum Cuatro Jet Cross Shock Bazooka card originates from the 'Emperors in the New World' expansion, designated as OP-09 within the One Piece Card Game. Released as part of a set focused on the climactic battles of the Wano Country arc, this event card depicts one of the high-energy techniques utilized by Monkey D. Luffy during his battle against Kaido. The card was designed to reflect the high-stakes, cinematic intensity of the series' combat, prioritizing dynamic illustrations that capture the kinetic impact of Luffy's Gear 5 abilities.

The art direction for this set draws heavily from Eiichiro Oda's manga panels, aiming to translate the visual chaos of the series' animation into a functional, strategic game element. Like other event cards in the set, it was crafted to provide players with specific tactical advantages that mirror the unpredictable and powerful nature of the characters involved. Upon its release, it was well-received by the competitive community for its integration into existing deck archetypes centered on the Straw Hat Pirates, serving as a functional representation of the franchise's evolving power levels.
