The Jewelry Bonney card, numbered OP13-109, was released as part of the 'Carrying On His Will' 3rd Anniversary Tournament promotional set for the One Piece Card Game. These cards were specifically distributed as high-rarity incentives for participants and winners during the game's third-anniversary competitive cycle, reflecting a push to celebrate pivotal character arcs within the Eiichiro Oda series. The set focuses on figures tied to the legacy of major narrative movements, aligning with the game's strategy of utilizing key plot developments as thematic foundations for its expansion cycles.

The visual design of this card maintains the established aesthetic of the One Piece Card Game, which leans heavily on original manga panels and character-specific illustrations that highlight the frantic, determined spirit of the 'Worst Generation' pirates. As a character card, its design emphasizes Bonney's unique abilities and role within the meta-game's tactical structure, prioritizing clear, action-oriented art that resonates with fans of the source material. Upon its release, the card was received as a sought-after collectible, prized both for its scarcity within the tournament environment and its functional utility in competitive deck building.
