Kalifa (Judge Pack Vol. 2)

The Kalifa card from Judge Pack Vol. 2 was released as a promotional item for the One Piece Card Game, specifically distributed to official tournament judges. These cards serve as a reward and a mark of distinction for those who officiate competitive events, ensuring the integrity and organization of the organized play scene. Given their restricted distribution, these cards hold a unique position within the game's history, representing the support structure required for the trading card game's rapid international expansion.

The card features the character Kalifa from the Enies Lobby arc, utilizing a design that reflects the refined yet lethal aesthetic associated with the CP9 organization. As part of the promotional series, the card incorporates specific art treatments that distinguish it from standard base-set releases, often utilizing a distinctive foil stamp or numbering system to denote its provenance as a Judge Pack exclusive. It was received by the player community as both a functional tool for competitive decks and a prestigious collectible for those who appreciate the game's high-rarity promotional landscape.
