Kuween

Kuween, identified by card number OP05-024, is a character card from the One Piece Card Game set titled Awakening of the New Era. Released as the fifth main expansion set for the trading card game, this collection focused heavily on narrative arcs from the Dressrosa and Wano Country sagas. The card features artwork consistent with the game's high-fidelity aesthetic, which utilizes both original illustrations and stills from the long-running anime adaptation to immerse players in the world created by Eiichiro Oda.

The design of this card serves the tactical requirements of the game's engine, emphasizing the specific synergy associated with the purple color deck archetypes. As with other cards in the Awakening of the New Era set, the development team at Bandai sought to balance competitive viability with the iconic character portrayals fans expect from the franchise. Upon release, the set was received as a significant milestone in the game's expanding meta, often sought after by both players looking to optimize their decks and collectors interested in the completion of the set's diverse character roster.
