As part of the ongoing promotional series, this card serves as a commemorative collectible for competitors engaging in the game's official digital tournament circuit. The design leverages the iconic visual language of Eiichiro Oda’s long-running manga, highlighting Luffy in a dynamic, high-contrast style typical of the game's sought-after alt-art and promo aesthetics.

The artistic direction for these promotional cards emphasizes the vibrant energy of the Straw Hat crew, specifically aiming to reward long-term tournament participants with visually distinct versions of foundational characters.
