Mr.5 (Gem) (Alternate Art)

Mr. 5 (OP04-072) was released in 2023 as part of the Kingdoms of Intrigue expansion for the One Piece Card Game. This set focuses primarily on the Alabasta and Dressrosa story arcs, drawing inspiration from the original manga illustrations by Eiichiro Oda. The card serves as a lower-cost character option, intended to provide strategic flexibility for players utilizing the game's color-coded deck-building mechanics.

The alternate art version features a stylized depiction of the Baroque Works officer, emphasizing the character's explosive devil fruit ability. As with many cards in this series, the design maintains the aesthetic established by the game's production team to ensure visual consistency across the set. It was received by the player base as a niche tactical piece, valued more for its thematic art and collectible rarity than for meta-defining gameplay impact.
