Mr.3 (Galdino)

Mr. 3, also known as Galdino, was released as part of the Kingdoms of Intrigue set (OP04) for the One Piece Card Game. This set draws heavily from the Alabasta and Dressrosa story arcs, focusing on the tactical confrontations and complex character dynamics that defined the series' middle chapters. As a character card, Galdino represents his role as a high-ranking officer in the Baroque Works organization, reflecting his reliance on the Wax-Wax Fruit to manipulate the battlefield.

The card’s design adheres to the thematic aesthetic of the set, which emphasizes vibrant, high-contrast action art typical of Eiichiro Oda’s source material. The illustration captures Galdino’s characteristic arrogance and his unique, malleable candle-based powers. Within the competitive meta, the card was received as a utility piece, valued by players for its ability to stabilize board states and exert defensive pressure, effectively mirroring the character's pragmatic and often obstructive nature in the original narrative.
