Nami

The Nami card from the Royal Blood set, cataloged as OP10-088, originates from the One Piece Card Game, a tactical trading card game based on the long-running manga and anime series created by Eiichiro Oda. The set was released as part of the game's expansion cycle, designed to integrate specific narrative arcs and character transformations into the competitive meta. The card features Nami, the Straw Hat Pirates' navigator, depicted in the distinct art style synonymous with the Royal Blood expansion, which emphasizes high-detail character portraits and metallic-foil finishes on select rarities.

The visual direction for the OP10-088 card was handled by the franchise’s dedicated design team, who aimed to emphasize Nami’s growth and strategic utility within the card game’s mechanics. Upon its release, the card was well-received by players for its balance and by collectors for its aesthetic fidelity to the character's design. It represents a broader effort by Bandai to maintain narrative continuity within the card game, ensuring that the visual representation of characters aligns with their progression in the source material.
