Nobody Hurts a Friend of Mine!!!!

Released in the OP-09 set titled Emperors in the New World, this event card is part of the One Piece Card Game, a strategic trading card game launched by Bandai in 2022. The card draws its imagery and thematic essence directly from the long-running One Piece manga and anime series created by Eiichiro Oda, specifically focusing on the emotional beats of the Egghead arc. Its design reflects the card game's signature aesthetic, which balances high-action illustrations with clear, functional iconography intended for competitive play.

The card captures a poignant narrative moment characterized by the themes of loyalty and solidarity inherent in the series. As a Common rarity event card, it is designed to provide utility within specific deck archetypes, emphasizing the game's focus on character-driven strategy. It was well-received by players for its ability to represent the camaraderie of the Straw Hat crew, fitting seamlessly into the broader, rapidly expanding meta-game defined by the Emperors of the Sea era.
