Page One

Page One, identified by the card number OP01-112, was released in the debut set of the One Piece Card Game, titled Romance Dawn (OP01), in 2022. The card depicts a member of the Animal Kingdom Pirates and one of the Tobi Roppo, a high-ranking group serving under Emperor Kaido. The game was designed to introduce a dynamic, strategy-heavy competitive scene, leveraging the global popularity of Eiichiro Oda’s long-running manga series to attract both players and fans of the source material.

The card's design utilizes a bold, high-contrast aesthetic consistent with the set's focus on key characters from the Wano Country Arc. As a character card featuring a transformation ability tied to the character's Devil Fruit power, it was crafted to provide tactical versatility within the Purple color archetype. Upon release, the set received significant attention for its balance of gameplay depth and collectible foil treatments, quickly establishing Page One as a staple card for players looking to construct decks centered around the Animal Kingdom Pirates synergy.
