Rob Lucci

The Rob Lucci leader card was released as part of the EB-02 'Anime 25th Collection' set for the One Piece Card Game, a strategic trading card game launched in 2022 to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the franchise. This set was designed to revisit iconic characters from the series' history, providing players with new tactical options that leverage the unique mechanics of the CP9 antagonist. The set was created by Bandai, which aimed to maintain a bridge between the vibrant aesthetic of the anime and the competitive depth required for a functional trading card game.

The card features Rob Lucci, a central antagonist from the Enies Lobby arc, rendered in the game's distinct, high-contrast illustration style that highlights his intimidating presence and signature leopard-human form. The design focuses on his status as a master assassin, with card effects that emphasize control and efficiency, reflecting his role as a cold, calculated operative within the World Government. Upon its release, the card was widely received by the community as a powerful staple for Black-colored decks, praised for its ability to manipulate the field and maintain pressure against opponents.
