Scratchmen Apoo (Offline Regional 2024) [Participant]

The Scratchmen Apoo participant card was issued as part of the 2024 One Piece Card Game Offline Regional tournament circuit. These promotional items serve as tangible mementos for competitive players, distinguishing those who committed to the high-level organized play environment that Bandai Namco has fostered since the game's global launch in 2022. The card utilizes the ST02-008 base frame, a reprint of the Worst Generation pirate character originally featured in the Worst Generation starter deck.

The design maintains the game's aesthetic language, emphasizing the character's unique musical-themed devil fruit abilities through stylized artwork consistent with the series' source material. By selecting existing character art for these regional participants, the developers highlight iconic figures from the One Piece narrative while providing players with functional game pieces that carry the distinct stamp of regional tournament exclusivity. The card is prized among enthusiasts for its scarcity and its role in documenting the evolving competitive history of the trading card game.
