Scratchmen Apoo (Online Regional 2024) [Finalist]

The Scratchmen Apoo card (ST02-008) originated as part of the promotional support for the One Piece Card Game, specifically tied to the competitive tournament circuit. It was released as a 'Finalist' iteration for the 2024 Online Regional events, serving as a high-rarity reward for top-performing players. The card features art depicting the character Scratchmen Apoo from the Worst Generation, utilizing the aesthetic framework established in the early Starter Deck releases to maintain consistency with the game's broader mechanical identity.

Designed to reward competitive engagement, this specific version of the card incorporates a distinct stamp or foiling treatment to signify its status as a tournament-exclusive prize. These cards are created to incentivize participation in the game's official digital and physical organized play programs. While the underlying character stats match the original Starter Deck 'Worst Generation' card, the Finalist variant is highly sought after by collectors for its limited distribution and the prestige associated with competitive performance in the game's growing global scene.
