Smoker (Pre-Release) [Winner]

The Smoker (Pre-Release) [Winner] card, cataloged as P-025, was issued as a promotional reward during the early promotional events for the One Piece Card Game. These cards were specifically distributed as prizes to participants who placed high in official pre-release tournaments, serving as a commemorative item for players engaged in the game's initial launch phase. Its design features the Marine Vice Admiral Smoker, rendered in the distinct aesthetic style consistent with the early card sets that mirror Eiichiro Oda's original manga character designs.

The card is notable for its 'Winner' stamp, a common convention in Japanese collectible card games to denote competitive achievement during specific event windows. The design language emphasizes the utilitarian, high-contrast look favored by the game's art directors to ensure readability during play while maintaining the gritty, industrial feel of the character's signature smoke-based abilities. Because these cards were linked to tournament performance rather than standard retail packs, they have remained significant within the hobby as markers of the game's earliest organized play community.
