T-Bone

T-Bone, appearing as a character card in the One Piece Card Game's Memorial Collection [EB-01], draws directly from the source material's long-running manga and anime series. Released as part of the Extra Booster set, this card commemorates the Marine captain known for his unwavering sense of justice and his distinct, skeletal appearance. The set was designed to revisit characters and moments from throughout the series' history, providing players and collectors with thematic representation of secondary figures who were previously absent from the core card game mechanics.

The visual design of the card leans into the series' iconic art style, emphasizing T-Bone's rigid, self-sacrificing persona and his 'Ship-Cutter' blade. Like other character cards in the Memorial Collection, the illustration aims to capture the essence of the character's narrative role while adhering to the technical requirements of the game's battle system. Upon its release, the card was received primarily as a functional utility piece for blue-colored decks, valued by players for its specific ability to support marine-themed strategies.
