Provenance

Where it came from

The World's Continuation, released as part of the Starter Deck -Green Uta- [ST-16] in the One Piece Card Game, serves as a pivotal support card for Uta-themed decks. It reflects the thematic focus on the musical narrative of the film One Piece Film: Red, drawing inspiration from the film's climactic moments where Uta’s songs bridge the divide between reality and her dream world. The card is designed to integrate seamlessly into the Film-type archetype, emphasizing the interconnected nature of the characters featured in the movie.

The visual design features original artwork capturing the ethereal aesthetic of Uta's performances. As part of the wider expansion aimed at strengthening green-color strategies within the competitive meta, the card received favorable reception among players for its utility in resource management and card cycling. Its aesthetic and functional design aligns with the broader goal of BANDAI to marry character-driven storytelling with cohesive strategic mechanics in the Trading Card Game format.
