What it does
The Defending Pokémon is now Asleep.
Flip a coin. If heads, choose 1 of the Defending Pokémon's attacks. Mini-Metronome copies that attack except for its Energy cost. (You must still do anything else required for that attack.) (No matter what type that Pokémon is, Togepi's type is still Colorless.) Togepi performs that attack.

Where it came from
The Togepi card (50/109) was released in the Team Rocket Returns expansion of the Pokémon Trading Card Game, which debuted in late 2004. This set marked a return to the thematic concepts of the original Team Rocket set, focusing on 'Pokémon-ex' and the specialized 'Dark' versions of various creatures as controlled by the villainous organization. Togepi, a character introduced in the Johto region, fits into this set as a standard colorless-type Pokémon, maintaining the whimsical design elements typical of its appearances in the era.
The card's artwork follows the clean, expressive illustration style that defined the mid-EX series of the TCG. The design aims to capture Togepi’s playful and fragile nature, contrasting with the more aggressive 'Dark' aesthetic that dominates much of the Team Rocket Returns set. While this specific uncommon card was not a centerpiece of competitive play, it remains a notable example of how the designers integrated non-combatant Pokémon into thematic expansions to ensure a diverse card pool for collectors.
