What it does
Flip a coin. If heads, this attack does 10 damage to each of your opponent's Pokémon. Don't apply Weakness and Resistance. Then, if your opponent has any Benched Pokémon, he or she chooses 1 of them and switches it with the Defending Pokémon.
This attack's damage isn't affected by Weakness, Resistance, Pokémon Powers, or any other effects on the Defending Pokémon.
If it flaps its wings really fast, it can generate shock waves that will shatter windows in the area.

Where it came from
The Yanma card was released in 2001 as part of the Neo Discovery expansion for the Pokémon Trading Card Game. This set was the second in the Neo series, designed to introduce players and collectors to the Johto region from the Generation II video games, Gold and Silver. Released by Wizards of the Coast, the set was notable for debuting the first holographic cards featuring the Unown, as well as shifting the game's aesthetic to reflect the distinct atmosphere of the Johto wilderness.
The artwork for this particular Yanma was created by Atsuko Nishida, one of the most significant illustrators in the franchise's history. Nishida, best known for her work in designing Pikachu, employed her signature clean, vibrant style to capture the insectoid Pokémon in motion. At the time of its release, the card was well-received by the player base for its unique 'Call for Friends' ability, which provided a strategic advantage in deck building by allowing players to search their deck for Basic Pokémon, cementing its status as a functional and recognizable rare in the Neo-era competitive landscape.
