Alles Ist Ufer. Ewig Ruft Das Meer

Alles Ist Ufer. Ewig Ruft Das Meer was released in 2020 by Cyclic Law, a Canadian label renowned for its focus on dark ambient, industrial, and neofolk music. The album serves as a significant work within the discography of the Russian dark ambient project Lamia Vox, which is helmed by the artist Ksenia Hiehl. The project is widely recognized for its ritualistic and cinematic approach to sound, blending orchestral elements with deep, atmospheric drones to evoke themes of existential dread and mythological landscapes.

The album's aesthetic reflects the signature visual identity of Cyclic Law releases, which frequently emphasize minimalist, evocative cover art that complements the dense and melancholic nature of the audio. Upon its release, the album was well-received by followers of the underground dark ambient scene, who praised Hiehl's ability to maintain a consistent, immersive, and haunting atmosphere throughout the composition. The work is considered a definitive entry in the project's evolution, marking a refined transition into more structured and textured soundscapes.
