Qué Tal Te Va / Dime Que Me Quieres

Released in 1984 under the Iempsa label, this 7-inch single captures Parchís during their later international period. The group, originally formed in Barcelona in 1979, became a cultural phenomenon across Spain and Latin America with their colorful, board-game-inspired personas and upbeat pop sound. By the mid-eighties, the group had undergone various lineup changes, yet they remained a staple of youth-oriented pop music in the Spanish-speaking world.

The tracks 'Qué Tal Te Va' and 'Dime Que Me Quieres' reflect the group's signature blend of melodic pop and vocal harmonies. The design of Iempsa releases from this era typically focused on clean, approachable aesthetics intended to appeal to the group's younger demographic. While Parchís faced shifts in public perception as the original members grew older, their records from this period are preserved today as artifacts of the significant impact the group had on the development of children's and teen pop music in the late 20th century.
