Ti Zračiš Zrake Kroz Zrak / Mi Nismo Sami

Released by the influential Yugoslav new wave band Film in 1983, this single represents a pivotal moment in the development of the Belgrade and Zagreb rock scenes. The band, led by Jura Stublić, was instrumental in shifting the regional sound from traditional rock toward a sophisticated blend of post-punk and synth-pop that resonated deeply with the youth culture of the era. The release serves as a snapshot of the band's transition toward a more commercially polished yet lyrically poignant style that defined their mid-eighties output.

The sleeve and artistic direction associated with Film during this period often mirrored the stark, urban aesthetics common to Yugoslav independent music at the time. Released under the major Jugoton label, the record highlights the creative tension between the band's gritty underground origins and their growing national popularity. Critics generally viewed the release as a testament to Stublić’s songwriting prowess, noting the band's ability to navigate the complex social landscape of the Balkans while maintaining a distinct, melodic radio-friendly appeal.
