Amazoness Archers

Amazoness Archers was originally released as a Super Rare card in the Magician's Force booster set in 2003, later appearing as part of the Dark Revelation Volume 1 compilation set in 2005. It was designed to provide specific support for the Amazoness archetype, a group of warrior-type monsters inspired by figures from Greek mythology. The card functions as a situational trap that triggers during an opponent's attack, rewarding players for maintaining an Amazoness-themed deck by debuffing the attacking forces.

The artwork features a classic aesthetic consistent with the early Konami trading card game era, utilizing a bold, fantasy-inspired illustration style typical of the franchise's design language from that period. While it was not a centerpiece of competitive play, it remains a notable piece of archetype-specific history, reflecting the strategy of utilizing themed support to gain a defensive edge in battle. Its inclusion in Dark Revelation Volume 1 helped make a variety of older, out-of-print cards more accessible to a broader audience of players.
