Crystal Seer

Crystal Seer was introduced as part of the Tactical Evolution expansion set, which debuted in the TCG in 2007. This set was notable for introducing Gem Beast support and various mechanical archetypes that favored tactical card management. As a monster card, Crystal Seer was designed with a Flip effect that allowed players to excavate the top two cards of their deck, adding one to their hand while sending the other to the bottom, providing a subtle but effective tool for deck thinning and consistency in an era where resource management was becoming increasingly refined.
