Eclipse, Dragon Ruler of Catastrophes

Eclipse, Dragon Ruler of Catastrophes, released as part of the Alliance Insight set (ALIN-EN048), represents a significant entry in the ongoing development of high-level Xyz-monster design. It was created to expand upon the mechanical identity of the Dragon Ruler archetype, balancing aggressive field presence with a thematic focus on gravitational manipulation and board control. Its inclusion in this set was timed to shift the competitive landscape, providing players with a versatile tool that rewards precise resource management.

The card’s artistic direction emphasizes a chaotic, celestial aesthetic, featuring swirling abyssal energy around a draconic silhouette.
