Electric Snake

Electric Snake was released in the Spell Ruler booster set, which debuted in the North American Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game market in 2002. As part of the game's early expansion period, the set followed the initial Starter Decks and the Legend of Blue Eyes White Dragon, reflecting Konami's effort to introduce more complex monster effects to the established meta.
