Elemental HERO Chaos Neos

Elemental HERO Chaos Neos was introduced in the 2007 expansion set Gladiator's Assault, marking a significant entry in the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game's GX era. The card serves as one of the specialized Contact Fusion monsters for Jaden Yuki’s signature Elemental HERO Neos archetype, designed to represent the volatile fusion of Neos with specific Neo-Spacian monsters. Its creation was intended to provide players with a high-risk, high-reward tactical option capable of clearing the field at the cost of returning to the deck.

The card's design is heavily influenced by the aesthetic of the GX anime series, emphasizing bold, metallic-inspired artwork and dynamic posing. As a Ghost Rare in the Gladiator's Assault set, it stands out for its unique holographic foil technique, which gives the illustration a three-dimensional, etched appearance. While the card is a cornerstone of the Neos collection for fans, it was received with mixed competitive sentiment due to the challenging requirements of its summon and the inherent instability of its effect.
