Fire Cracker

Fire Cracker was released in 2017 as part of the Maximum Crisis core booster set for the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game. The set arrived during the Arc-V era of the franchise, a period defined by the introduction of Pendulum Summoning and high-speed gameplay mechanics. This card specifically features an effect that inflicts burn damage to both players, reflecting the game's long-standing design tradition of using 'fire-themed' or explosive cards to disrupt static board states.

The card was designed by the creative team at Konami to serve as a low-rarity, common-tier utility piece within the set's broader structure. As is standard for the TCG, its visual design and monster typing are consistent with the archetype of aggressive, damage-dealing monsters often found in booster packs of that era. Upon its release, it was largely categorized by players as a filler card intended to support draft play or provide niche tactical options for budget-conscious deck building.
