These cards, including the Flamvell archetype, were intended to bridge the gap between the complex, speed-oriented mechanics of the arcade experience and the physical card game, providing players with powerful Synchro monsters that utilized the graveyard as a resource.

The creature’s design reflects the 'Flamvell' theme of volcanic, draconic entities, emphasizing high-attack capabilities and burn damage upon inflicting combat damage.
