Galaxy Cyclone

Galaxy Cyclone was first introduced in the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game as part of the Crossed Souls set in 2015. It was designed as a versatile spell card capable of removing face-up spell or trap cards, with a secondary graveyard effect that allows players to destroy a set spell or trap card by banishing the original from the graveyard. This dual functionality was intended to provide players with strategic flexibility and resource management, reflecting the game's shift toward cards that offer utility both on the field and from the graveyard.

The Premium Gold: Infinite Gold set, released in 2016, featured this specific reprint, designated as PGL3-EN087. This release showcased the card in the signature Premium Gold Rare style, characterized by a gold-tinted finish on both the card art and the frame. The design process for these sets focused on elevating the aesthetic appeal of popular competitive cards, making them highly sought after for their visual flair and distinct texture, which contrasted sharply with the standard prints found in core booster expansions.
