Gem-Knight Topaz

Gem-Knight Topaz was released in the North American TCG market in 2012 as part of the Hidden Arsenal 5: Steelswarm Invasion expansion. This set served to introduce the Gem-Knight archetype, a group of Earth-attribute monsters focused on fusion summoning, to Western players who had previously only seen them in the Japanese OCG. The card design draws from the archetype’s aesthetic of crystalline, elemental warriors, featuring a vibrant, dual-elemental fusion of Gem-Knight Tourmaline and Gem-Knight Alexandrite.

The card was rendered in the Secret Rare foil treatment, characterized by its distinctive diagonal, holographic rain-pattern etching.
