This pack was designed to commemorate a quarter-century of the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game by reprinting high-demand cards from recent sets, offering players a more accessible way to acquire competitive staples and thematic monster cards.

The card belongs to the Ghoti archetype, a series of water-attribute, fish-type synchro monsters introduced during the 11th series of the game.
