Gussari @Ignister

Gussari @Ignister was introduced in the Eternity Code booster set, which launched globally in 2020. This card is part of the @Ignister archetype, an engine centered around the character Ai from the Yu-Gi-Oh! VRAINS anime series. The design of the set focuses on Cyberse-type monsters that utilize different attributes to facilitate complex link summoning strategies, reflecting the digital, virtual reality themes prevalent in the VRAINS narrative arc.

The artwork for this card features the distinct, fluid, and often colorful aesthetic associated with the @Ignister lineup, intended to evoke a futuristic, programmed appearance consistent with the show's aesthetic. As a Super Rare card, it serves as a utility piece within the archetype, providing players with strategic graveyard manipulation and defensive options. Like much of the Eternity Code set, the card was well-received by competitive players looking to bolster their Cyberse-based decks during a transitional period in the game's metagame.
