Infinity of the Sacred Beasts - Raviel, Lord of Phantasms

Raviel, Lord of Phantasms was originally introduced during the GX era of the Yu-Gi-Oh! trading card game, designed as a thematic counterpart to the Egyptian God Cards. As one of the three Sacred Beasts, it reflects the game's shift toward high-risk, high-reward monster effects that require significant board commitment. The Starlight Rare variant, released within the Chaos Origins set, represents a modern aesthetic update that utilizes a high-frequency foil etching process to denote its status as an elusive, premium chase card.

The visual design of the card leans into the dark, celestial motifs common to the Sacred Beasts, rendered with a prismatic finish that spans the entirety of the card surface. This specific rarity was developed to appeal to the high-end collector market, prioritizing visual texture and holographic depth over traditional card layout constraints. Upon its release, it was received as a centerpiece for competitive binders, valued primarily for its scarcity and the intricate art style that differentiates it from standard production runs.
