Knight Day Grepher

Knight Day Grepher was released as part of the 2014 Battle Pack 3: Monster League set, a collection specifically designed to simulate a drafting-style game environment. The card represents a variation of the long-standing Warrior character D.D. Warrior, reimagined within a set that prioritized tactical monster-based combat. Its inclusion in this series reflects the trend of revisiting legacy characters to provide support for diverse deck-building strategies during the high-utility era of the card game.

The card’s artwork follows the established visual language of the Grepher series, emphasizing an armored aesthetic that mirrors its D.D. counterparts. It was created by Konami’s design team to function as an effect-based monster capable of discarding cards to summon others, a mechanic intended to balance resource management with board presence. While the card is a common sight in collections, it is recognized for its utility in specific Warrior-focused decks and its thematic connection to the wider lore of the interdimensional warriors.
