Lost Wind

Lost Wind was introduced as a common card in the 2017 core booster set Raging Tempest, designed as a reactive trap card meant to disrupt monster-heavy strategies by negating effects and halving attack power. Its utility in high-level competitive play, particularly for its ability to be reused from the graveyard, quickly established it as a staple of defensive trap lineups during the era.

The OTS Tournament Pack 5 version, released later that same year, marked the card's debut as a Super Rare foil rarity. Distributed exclusively through the Official Tournament Store program, this version updated the card's aesthetic with the characteristic holofoil treatment used for tournament-only rewards. The design reflects the standard visual language of the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game, emphasizing the card's trap classification through its purple border and specific iconography, and it remains a sought-after iteration for players prioritizing rarity in their deck construction.
