Lyrilusc - Beryl Canary

Lyrilusc - Beryl Canary was introduced in the 2021 Yu-Gi-Oh! trading card game set Legendary Duelists: Synchro Storm, which focused on support for three specific archetypes from the animated series. As a key member of the Lyrilusc archetype, this card was designed to facilitate the rapid summoning of high-rank Xyz monsters, leaning into the deck's established identity of gathering avian creatures to perform powerful combination plays.

The card’s aesthetic follows the intricate, bird-like mechanical motif consistent with the Lyrilusc line, which draws visual inspiration from both avian anatomy and high-fantasy avian weaponry. While the card is categorized as a rare, its primary design intention was to provide technical utility for players looking to strengthen their extra deck consistency, and it was received by the competitive community as a vital piece for optimizing turn-one resource management within the archetype.
