Myriaday Dragon

Myriaday Dragon was released in the Beyond the Brave expansion set, a collection focused on introducing high-fantasy creature archetypes to the game's competitive ecosystem. Developed as an effect-monster to provide utility in mid-game strategies, the card was designed to bridge the gap between early-turn setup and high-cost boss monsters. Its mechanical focus revolves around board presence and resource management, reflecting the set's broader theme of persistence and long-term battlefield control.

The artistic direction for the card favors the intricate, iridescent aesthetic common to the Beyond the Brave aesthetic, emphasizing fluid lines and ethereal color palettes to signify its draconic nature. As a common rarity entry, it was intended to be highly accessible to players looking to build consistent, budget-friendly decks. Upon its release, it was well-received by the community for its reliable effect, which offered a balanced power level that integrated seamlessly into various dragon-themed deck builds without disrupting the competitive meta.
