Number 6: Chronomaly Atlandis

Number 6: Chronomaly Atlandis was introduced to the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game in 2013 as part of the Super Starter: V for Victory release and its accompanying Power-Up Pack. It is a member of the Chronomaly archetype, a series of monsters inspired by archaeological mysteries and ancient civilizations, specifically referencing the mythical lost continent of Atlantis. The card reflects the mechanical, stone-hewn aesthetic common to the Chronomaly theme, designed by Konami’s creative team to integrate complex Xyz summoning mechanics into the game's growing arsenal of Rank 6 monsters.

This card functions as an Xyz Monster, requiring two Level 6 monsters to summon, and features an effect that allows it to equip an Xyz Monster from the graveyard to itself, gaining ATK while halving the opponent's Life Points. Its inclusion in the Power-Up Pack was intended to provide accessible, strategic utility to newer players transitioning from the starter deck to more advanced play. While not a centerpiece of tournament-level competitive play, it is widely recognized by fans of the Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL anime series, where it was utilized by the character Trey to challenge the protagonist's strategies.
