This common-rarity spell card supports the Pendulum Summoning mechanic, which was the central gimmick of the Arc-V era of the franchise. It functions by allowing a player to send a Pendulum Monster from their hand to the Graveyard to Special Summon a Pendulum Monster from their deck with the same level, acting as a strategic tool for consistency.
