Performapal Call

Performapal Call was released in the 2015 Mega-Tin Mega Pack, a compilation set designed to reprint key cards from the Yu-Gi-Oh! trading card game's Arc-V era. The card itself was originally introduced in the core set Clash of Rebellions, drawing from the Performapal archetype, a signature set of creatures favored by the protagonist Yuya Sakaki. These cards were conceptualized to blend whimsical, circus-inspired aesthetics with a versatile playstyle centered around pendulum summoning.

The design of Performapal Call reflects the archetype's theme of performance and spectacle, functioning as a defensive trap card meant to protect the player's monsters during battle. As a common rarity reprint in the Mega-Tin, it served the functional purpose of increasing accessibility for players looking to build out their Arc-V themed decks. While the card is a standard piece of the game's broader mechanical landscape, it is recognized by hobbyists as a quintessential utility tool within the specific context of its era.
