Performapal Secondonkey

Performapal Secondonkey was introduced to the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game as part of the 2016 Mega-Tin Mega Pack, which served as a compilation of cards from various sets released throughout the previous year. The card originates from the Performapal archetype, a series of monster cards utilized by the character Yuya Sakaki in the Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V anime series. These creatures are primarily known for their whimsical, circus-inspired aesthetic, which contrasts with the more aggressive or mechanical themes often seen in the game.

The design of Secondonkey features a playful, anthropomorphic monkey performer, maintaining the recurring circus-themed visual identity established by the Performapal line. Mechanically, the card was designed to facilitate deck consistency by allowing players to search for additional Performapal support upon its successful summon. While the card is a relatively common piece within the broader meta-game, its inclusion in the 2016 Mega-Tin provided players with a accessible way to complete their collections of utility monsters during that era of competitive play.
