Performapal Trampolynx

Performapal Trampolynx was introduced as part of the Performapal archetype, a central feature of the Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V series. It was designed to showcase the Pendulum Summoning mechanic, which debuted during this era of the trading card game to bridge the gap between main deck monsters and extra deck utility. The creature itself was styled as a whimsical, circus-inspired hybrid, reflecting the lighthearted and performance-based aesthetic that defined the Performapal lineup during its initial run in the mid-2010s.

The card saw a wider distribution in the 2015 Star Pack ARC-V set, which was curated specifically to provide accessible versions of popular anime-featured cards to a younger or budget-conscious audience. As a common rarity release, the card was intended for functional deck-building rather than collectibility. Its design, focusing on utility and pendulum scaling, received a modest reception from players who valued its ability to return spells to the hand, securing its place as a reliable, if unremarkable, tool for competitive and casual duelists alike.
