Rainbow Flower

Rainbow Flower was originally introduced in the Metal Raiders booster set, which served as the second core expansion for the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game in North America. Released in 2002 by Konami, the set was designed to expand upon the foundations laid by the Legend of Blue Eyes White Dragon, introducing a variety of new effect monsters and trap cards to diversify competitive play. As a common rarity card, it was widely available to players building their early decks during the initial surge of the game's international popularity.

The design of Rainbow Flower reflects the whimsical yet tactical aesthetic of early-era Yu-Gi-Oh! monster cards. Created by the artists at Konami and Kazuki Takahashi's studio, the card features a vibrant, colorful floral design intended to fit into the game's diverse array of plant-type creatures. While it never rose to prominence in the competitive tournament meta, it remains a nostalgic piece of the Metal Raiders set, representative of the era's focus on creating a vast, thematic library of cards for casual and collection-oriented play.
