Rogue Doll

Rogue Doll was originally introduced to the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game in the Starter Deck: Kaiba, released in 2002. As a Normal Monster with a Light attribute and Spellcaster type, it served as a fundamental unit for players beginning their journey in the game. The card features a whimsical, doll-like creature, reflecting the high-fantasy aesthetic that characterized the early sets of the franchise, which drew significant inspiration from Kazuki Takahashi’s original manga series.

The card was designed to populate the early card pool with accessible, low-level monsters to facilitate gameplay balance for beginners. While it did not feature prominently in the competitive tournament meta, its inclusion in the Starter Deck: Kaiba helped cement its status as a nostalgic piece for long-time collectors.
