Supreme King Dragon Darkwurm

Supreme King Dragon Darkwurm was introduced to the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game as part of the Battles of Legend: Relentless Revenge set, released in 2018. The card is a central piece of the Supreme King archetype, which draws its narrative inspiration from the Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V animated series. It was designed to function as a crucial engine for Dragon-type strategies, utilizing its Pendulum effect to summon itself from the Pendulum Zone and its monster effect to search for accompanying cards, thereby facilitating complex combos.

The card features artwork depicting a stylized, menacing dragon, reflecting the dark and powerful aesthetic associated with the character Z-ARC. As a Secret Rare in the BLRR set, it is defined by its distinct diagonal foil etching, a hallmark of the game's higher-rarity releases. Upon its release, it became a staple in competitive play, particularly for its efficiency in thinning the deck and providing materials for Link and Synchro summons, cementing its status as an essential tool for high-level players.
