Toon Defense

Toon Defense was released as part of the Dark Beginning 2 set in 2005, a collection designed to reprint popular cards from the early eras of the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game. As a common rarity card, it served as an accessible way for players to integrate Toon-themed strategies into their decks, specifically providing defensive utility to protect the vulnerable Toon monsters that had become a staple of the game's cultural identity since the release of the Magic Ruler set.
