Vampire Lady

Vampire Lady was originally introduced during the early 2000s in the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game as part of the Pharaonic Guardian set. It was designed as an effect monster intended to synergize with the growing roster of Zombie-type cards, specifically utilizing a mechanic that allowed the player to peek at their opponent's deck after inflicting battle damage. This utility, combined with its iconic gothic aesthetic, solidified its place as a recognizable creature within the game's expansive lore.

The version from Legendary Collection 4: Joey's World, released in 2013, serves as a retrospective reprint. This collection was curated to celebrate the signature cards used by Joey Wheeler throughout the anime series, though it also included various reprints of fan-favorite cards from the era to bolster accessibility. As a common rarity print in this set, LCJW-EN196 reflects the enduring visual identity of the original illustration while providing a widely available option for players and collectors looking to round out their Zombie-themed decks.
