Zoodiac Barrage

Zoodiac Barrage was originally introduced during the Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG's Raging Tempest set in 2017, emerging as a cornerstone of the Zoodiac archetype. The card was designed to facilitate the archetype's signature strategy of stacking Xyz monsters, allowing players to bypass standard summoning requirements by bringing a Zoodiac monster directly from the deck to the field. Its utility in accelerating board presence and enabling complex combo lines made it a high-impact staple in the competitive meta of its time.

The Quarter Century Stampede version, released as RA04-EN091, serves as a contemporary reprint intended to honor the game's long-standing history. By incorporating the specific design aesthetic of the Quarter Century Secret Rare rarity—a celebration of the game’s 25th anniversary—Konami updated the visual presentation of the card for collectors. This iteration retains the original functional intent while updating the foiling process to reflect modern printing standards, ensuring the card remains both a playable tool and a commemorative piece for long-time enthusiasts.
