Aquarion EVOL

Aquarion EVOL was produced by studio Satelight in 2012 as a spiritual successor to the 2005 series Genesis of Aquarion. Directed by Shoji Kawamori, the series was designed to explore themes of emotional connection and reincarnation in a futuristic setting, utilizing a unique combination of traditional hand-drawn animation and intricate 3D mechanical designs.
