Burenai Ai de was released on Miku's anniversary. The song is now used for the AR campaign for Rohto Pharmaceutical's new eye drops "Digi Eye". Like much of Mitchie's song titles this one has a double meaning, "ai" (love) and "eye" both being correct translations.
An app was released in August 2014 that would play a partial version of the song and show a 3D Miku dancing on any surface.

Where it came from
Burenai Ai de is a prominent J-pop single released in 1996 by the Japanese duo WANDS. It emerged during a period when the band was shifting its musical identity following the departure of several original members, moving away from their earlier hard rock sound toward a more melodic, pop-oriented composition that reflected the stylistic trends of the mid-1990s Japanese music industry.
The track was composed by the duo's vocalist and songwriter, who crafted it to showcase a refined vocal performance within a polished, contemporary arrangement. Upon release, it was well-received by fans of the era, reaching the upper tiers of the Oricon charts and remaining a notable entry in the band’s catalog as they sought to maintain their commercial relevance in a highly competitive market.
